New Titanium shafts are SHARP!!! Ouch!

Okay... it was an impulse purchase. I worked some overtime and had the extra money... I use Cosmo Darts shafts and Fit Flights systems.

I sprang for a set of in between Titanium spinner shafts.

They arrived the same day as my match.

They didn'y really work so well on my 2 Rhenium sets...surprise...so I looked through a few of my other sets and tried them on my 25 gram Andy Hamiltons.

The first two went on well enough, the last seemed to get hung up on the threads.

I struggled and squeezed and they finally went on...but now the shaft was covered in blood!

The SOBs at the flange/threading are RAZOR sharp!

Just another reason to hate alloy shafts...eh Larry?

BTW... they fly really well, I had to double the tiny rubber O-Rings that came with them to keep them from wiggling loose.

I played an hour after slicing the bejesus out of my throwing hands index finger and thumb against the number one ranked team in our league and did fairly well, swept the guy I played against and split the doubles cricket/501 matches.

Obviously my darts demanded a blood sacrifice.

I think they're right around 1.80 grams. I'll be doing a review of the #4 locked ones soon.
