I got these off Ebay a few weeks ago and they look very much like the Elkadart Whirlitzers, but from what I seen the 26g Whirlitzers were different and these look like the 20g version of that particular dart. They have the same style of barrel with the spin tops.
No idea who Mallory Masters are unless it is some promotional set made by Elkadart?

In that case I will call them Gladstones (after Gladstone Small, a Cricketer who has no neck)
