I looked at them twice each and I did notice that both MVG and Phil Taylor had the least amount of head movement in their throw. Could that be a factor in both of them being #1 & #2 in the world. Steve Beaton had just a slight bit of movement while the others had a bit more.

Interesting post Larry. Thanks for putting it up.

Terry Jenkins' throw is gorgeous. As you mentioned… zero movement of the head .

Great post.
Noticed Steve Beaton's follow through didn't end in a full extension.Man is he ever smooth though !
Phil Taylor's release point seems to be very early in his throw, but he still has a full follow through extension.
MVG's follow through is amazing..
And.....I'd be happy with any one of those. Guests cannot see images in the messages. Please register at the forum by clicking here to see images.

Great post on this. Masters at task. Seems they all point to their target to finish the throw. I have soooooo much work to do!

Here is a compilation video of most pros throwing...

These are Japanese soft tip pros but they use the similar grid lines as with Jenkins video above.

Most of the pro soft tip throwers have textbook quality throws.
