Glyda Darts
Question
    Hi all,

Was wondering if any of you's had come across these or at least had the story behind them?

Hi mate, I don't know of that specific set but only that Glyda made lots of old brass darts but I don't know what exactly happened to that company, I don't think I ever seen a tungsten set from them so I assume they must have went out of business around the time tungsten got popular. I'd say so. Even looking at the telephone it only has four digits!

LOL yeah I like to read the old addresses on the boxes of these old darts then I often do a google search to see if the shop is still standing, its usually a hairdressers or a kebab shop now though. I couldn't find the original address but the town is seriously small with it's own mountain train. Mad to think some fella was there years ago banging out darts.

Yeah thats another side about collecting old darts, thinking of the stories behind them and whether the original owner won much with them etc. I often get ones that have "To _______ Happy Xmas 19___" I like those ones.
