The Revenge!!!

... And the Rectifier!

Just to clarify, the main focus on these new ranges is the point of the dart, they are using the new "reflex" point, which is patented by One80, the point is much thinner than an average point, and has the ability to bend, similar to the way a soft tip does, therefore they will literally bend out of the way when another dart is thrown next to it, allowing for much tighter grouping, less bad deflections, less chance of bounce outs, it is truly amazing to play with!

As they are thinner are the points more prone to breaking? If they do are spares readily available?

Are they all only available in 22g?

Also what sort of price are we talking?

No, they have been vigorously tested by One80, and the "perfect" composition of metals has been patented by One80, allowing them to bend without breaking, but I am sure there will probably be points released separately at some point in the near future too Guests cannot see images in the messages. No Rebel, each range is available in 20, 22, 24 and 26 Gram!

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to publicly release price yet, but when I can you will all be the first to know!

Like the look of those 'Revenge' style and very intrigued by the 'reflex' point - may have to give them a whirl in 24g to quell my curiosity Guests cannot see images in the messages. Please register at the forum by clicking here to see images.

I will probably post a video on Monday when they are released to give everyone a better idea of how they look/throw and see how the reflex point works Guests cannot see images in the messages. Please register at the forum by clicking here to see images.

I could not resist commenting on One80s FB page from their press release:
One80 introduces to you the new Revolution darts series featuring the futuristic Reflex point - official launch date: Monday, 4th August.
The Reflex point has 'form memory'. The point keeps its original shape during darts usage, but has the ability to bend when thrown at/in the board. This allows the barrel itself to bend away to allow for grouping in the board, and minimise deflection.
Each dart has a 1.5mm diameter barrel, with the point and its composition being fully patented.
There are 3 darts available in the current series which we'll be posting more information on shortly.........>

I said:
"Each dart has a 1.5mm barrel" I don't think that is what is meant here. Each dart has a 1.55mm POINT more like! And I do not think the "barrel...bends away to allow for grouping" either. Need to get these press releases right One80 or people will think you are Target. Something lost in translation from German to English, nicht wahr?"

UPDATE: They have now corrected the info on FB. You are welcome!
You don't mess with The Voice of Reason. You have the right to be wrong.
