I just restarted playing after 3 month break .I really don`t care about average numbers because they are bad.But I am confused about it jumping so much. Played against CPU lost 0-3 averaged 3 dart -25 after half hour played again won 2-1 averaged 40 .

Simple, you were warmed up and getting your stroke together more so than the earlier games. If practicing against someone, I generally don't do well the first few games if I haven't had time to get my arm warmed up to the task. It takes me a good half hour of warming up alone to feel ready to throw a decent game.
If I could, I would practice for 10-15 minutes then use a men in black neuralizer.....but I can't find one.

I saw MvG win a match with a 121.86 average. I've also seen him win a final against Mervyn King with a mid 80's average. Although averages are a great indicator for personal goals, you have to know how to look at them.
