Master Flight CrossShape flight
There was a lot of interest when I posted that I was getting these in the ordered/won thread so I figured I would do a little review. First review so bear with me.

I purchased these from World Darts Shop. They can be purchased here https://w-darts.com/Master-Flight-CrossShape-p-865.html. First time ordering and will be back for sure. I think it was three days from ordering to throwing, from Japan to US.

The packing is nice and neat as expected with most Japanese products.

The main difference with Master Flights is that they have basically a wizcap or l style type cap built in. They really do hold the flight on there. I would say better than a standard ring and punch but I do not have any experience with other cap styles to compare. They also have little grooves in between the fins to guide away darts to prevent robinhooding. They are much easier to assembly than rings or caps because you don't have to hold them in place while sliding the flight in. It pushes right on quite easily and with a little pressure stays on very well.

The CrossShape flight was much smaller than anticipated and I wish I had got a different style to try out as well. I will try the shape or teardrop next time I order. These are 32mm wide and 43mm from top to bottom of base.

Here they are next to my standard shape fit flight set up.

And here they are left to right fit flight super kite, fit flight w shape, Master Flight CrossShape, fit flight slim, and fit flight shape.

They also seem very well constructed. The material is in between the fit flight air and fit flight standard. Closer to the thickness of the standard but slightly more flexible and with a much smoother surface. I am curious to see how they would hold up, especially the tiny plastic pieces inside that go into the shaft.

So all in all I would definitely recommend the Master Flights to anyone who likes rings or caps. As for the CrossShape if you throw with slims or like smaller flights these might work for you. The only darts I could throw with them were my microlites which I usually use superkites on. For under $5 or under £3 and the ability to use them with any shaft, they seem like a sound purchase. Almost forgot ... They do look very cool.

Interesting. How much was the shipping?
26's so far this year: I've already lost count. :-)

There were two options when I checked out, one was about $12 and the other was an epacket at about $6. Very reasonable. I chose the more expensive one as I thought it would be faster and it had tracking. I wanted to make sure the order got to me before my customs did. Now that price wasn't for just flights. I got around $75 worth of stuff, 3 set of stems, 3 sets of conversion points, and 2 sets of flights.

Thanks for posting - when I saw them on your order I assumed they were a new Cosmo shape as opposed to normal flights with the caplock built in. These are too small for me as I don't like the smaller flights, but I may have a look into ordering some of the other shapes they do though as these look very interesting
