i do always practice my darts after work for about 1 or 2 hours.
people find it very hard to practice darts after work, due to lack of concentration or being tired after a long day.
but practicing darts after work makes you a better player mentally.
everyone knows darts is a mental game ! so do not only train your technique but also your mental side !
i just wanted to share this to everyone who asked me about it !

Most of us do it that way because we do not have a choice unless we want to practice at ridiculous o'clock in the am!

that might be true, but most people that asked me about it train early in the morning, which is sometimes not the best time for a good practice

I used to have a 30-45min lunch break where i try to complete a drill. I think that it's mentally challenging but it should be longer. Must tell my boss I need my practice.

thank you saber ! well 2 hours is really more than enough, it's not the time your taking for practice but what you practice inside those 2 hours

I gottcha- I take quality practice over long ones every time. Jamie Lewis (I talk to him here and there) 4hrs a day , but once again quality over quantity every time.

if been doing that 4 hours a day, but my average stays the same after 2 hours of practice or 4 hours of practice, my average is always between 91 and 95 depending on my doubles,
got some monster averages before but it will always drop down after 15 legs or more

I have to limit my practice to around no more than 35 - 45 mins as I get aches but I think trying to find ways to test your game when mentally tired is good also Guests cannot see images in the messages. Please register at the forum by clicking here to see images.

Liquors. Should they come along with the practice as part of "mental" conditioning?

Solo practice is the most important practice of all IMHO. That's when I work on weaknesses. Flight School supports solo practice I believe.
Would be interesting seeing a match between you and say Hatrick ( our current forum champ) on video.
