If I had to guess, it looks like for baseball, any non-green or black space you hit with a dart is a hit - either single, double, triple, HR, and you probably score runs like real baseball. Probably take turns for 9 innings, see who scores the most runs? Your turn is probably over each inning if you hit three green or black spaces and make 3 outs.
The football one, who knows? Looks like you gain yards for different boxes, but beyond that, im lost.
