This is a very old, very heavy dartboard. It is 22" square and 1 1/4" thick.It does have wires between the segments and the center does rotate. Other than a patent number and game instructions lightly stamped on the edge of the board, there is no name of a manufacture. It was most likely made by either Deco or Widdy.
