As the only league I've ever played in is on here, my question(s) is to those of you who play/played in pub leagues.
How long do you ideally like to warm up?
Do you throw at home before going to the pub?
How do you warm up? For instance shoot for t20, your doubles, round the board.

It is different for everyone. I normally show up too early for my league, due to a long drive through commuter traffic so I leave early. I tend to eat and relax then start to warm up. I hate warming up when everyone is there then you get in line and wait you rturn. So by the time the othe rplayers arrive I already warmed up. I also do not warm up for as long as I used to. I just do enough to loosen my arm and get my eye in so to speak.

Its different by each player.

I like to play for 2-4 hours before the match. I prefer it to be at the venue I'm playing at. I will warm up at first with just getting my arm loose. I throw at the board, but not at a specific target. I try to just repeat the feel of the throw with all 3 darts. Then, I start aiming at d20, d5, and d1. If I get the feel of that down, It will be a great night.
Depending on who's there with me, I'll play some 101 (modified 121) to practice my doubles. I like to do this in pairs as it forces you not to take the same path every time. Usually by then, everyone wants to get some practice 501 or cricket games going.
My body is pretty shot, so I need the extra time. Sitting between matches kills me as well.

I used to try and show up to the bar about a half hour early to shoot around. Generally I would play 170 to warm up because it helps you work your outs and you're not always shooting at the same one. Lately though with work and stuff I find myself just getting to the bar on time for a match so all I really get to take are the 9 warm up darts allowed in league play. It's been going decent but definitely play better when I get to the bar earlier and can get some throws in.

I normally get in 2hrs before start - me and me brother get a good 1hr to play singles vs eachother before rest of team start coming in.
Then its winner stops on until either we travel away to venue or away team turns up - depending if we are away or at home.

I get an hour of practice before going to the bar. Usually play round the board on singles, then doubles and top it of with finishing 41 up. Then like to get an hour in the bar.
