I have heard great things about Mccoy darts. However I don't see many reviews.
Would like to see Mccoy darts review

Yea its the age old adage of "if its to cheap its not worth it".
McCoy are great value for money along with Tommy's darts and Hi-Tec. The problem is the majority of us want top shelf darts, so we can look good throwing 26's
Well I reviewed the Eagle Power Drive darts which were originally a McCoy branded dart but altered after Unicorn complained about the similarity to the Phase 5.
I'm sure Larry has reviewed them too but may be on the old site?
I posted some pictures and observations in this thread. https://www.dartsnutz.net/showthread.php?tid=4795
I have 4 sets... I'm not much for writing opinionated reviews as darts is so subjective. The set of darts I say I can't throw might be your perfect set of darts. I really would like to start posts or add to posts for all of the darts I have tried. Unfortunately life gets in the way.
Can't go wrong with McCoys, well made, plenty of choice and great price.
Had Stealths, almost identical to Sigma's, Extra's, similar to old Klaasen's, Max, similar to Purists (p2's) and Sabergrips, great razor/ shark grip, all top quality and all a fraction of the price of the named variant - 10/10 from me.
I've got 2 sets of McCoy coppers, 22g straight ringed and 22g Lowe-style (bought from USMC80). Excellent darts. In the US, best selection and prices are at e-darts.net.
I have to agree that Mccoy's are great darts, and I would say 'best bang for the buck'. I have had 5 sets of Mccoy's without any problem. Thrust 25g, Thrust 23g, Sabergrip 22g, Sabergrip 24g, and Max 24g.
I would much rather buy a set of Mccoys for $30 than a player endorsed dart for $125. Got the McCoy Max 24 gram today.
Purist look-a-like, heavy grip..throws very good. And ofcourse..cheap Guests cannot see images in the messages. Please register at the forum by clicking here to see images. Broken links removed |
