Darts Corner sent me an email about their "USA" site. Highly disappointed with them! Huge price increase. I ordered several sets of Condor Axe flights 3 weeks ago with a 10% off code and paid $12.54 US for a set of the orange neon. Was browsing the new site and checked the condor's, now they are $20 US. Are they insane?!?!
I logged into the UK site, and they are a couple dollars more but still $5 cheaper than the "USA" site. Makes no sense to me. Unless I'm missing something I see it as a fail.
On a positive note, they have improved their shipping. They are using FedEx economy now. Slightly more expensive but both recent orders were delivered in 7-10 days.

Whether UK or USA. I gave up on them for a while because shipping was so slow (4-6 weeks from order date), but gave them a try when they sent a discount code. I still prefer Dartshopper. Order on a Sunday, usually delivered to me by Wednesday

I believe they upped the prices to be able to offer "Free shipping for $85 orders". They are covering the costs by upping the prices.
This week they are having the 20% off sale, making those Condors $16. Still cheaper than US based shops.
The biggest increase I saw was the Designa Nylon Stems that were $0.25 a set two weeks ago and are now $0.69 - almost triple the price. I ordered about 25 sets in various sizes last order so I should be set for a while.

The higher price negates the "free shipping" and the 20% is only temporary
Other than a few sets of darts from Amazon, 100% of my darts & related equipment orders are from DC or dartshopper (usually based on who has what in stock). The prices from the US based online retailers is ridiculous

I knew as soon as I seen Darts Corner USA (you try to login on UK site you are auto directed back to USA) that the jig was up on the cheaper prices which is why I used them anyway and longer shipping times be damned at those savings. Bye bye DC and hello Double Top as my go to supplier if not in a rush, at least until they pull a similar stunt.
Would of been nice to have a choice between using USA or UK site. I have to wonder what all was in play with this bonehead decision....their sandbox I guess they can play in it as they see fit but I shall take my plastic shovel and pail elsewhere. Maybe the increase in price for USA retailers is related to importing fees? I'm in USA and mostly order from UK. Mostly from DC and used to order from A180. Now they are one in the same and their redesigned websites leave something to be desired. I much prefer the former layouts, even thought it was sometimes tougher to find some things on A180. Mostly, the prices are better than US retailers, but will usually use A-ZDarts for smaller - flights, shafts/stems, etc.

I just dont get it at all, surely they were making more sales from across the pond before and in turn surely more profit? Unless they were not, but I if they were it just does not make sense to alienate a big customer base?

Unless a US customer for some reason has loyalty to DC, they are going to find a different source. Customer lost. I'm not sure what they were thinking. I would use DC mostly for buying darts and would top off on other supplies at the same time. If I was paying $0.60 a set for flights, I will get them from a different source for $0.90 before paying $1.50. I often ordered flights and shafts from A-ZDarts, but all their prices have gone up as well. I get it, inflation. But in some cases it's at least a 100% increase.

Not only the price increase, but the amount needed to get free shipping is ridiculous. I tried getting in on their 15% off Condor flights, and even lowering their price 15% off $7.50, you still need to order $100 worth to get free shipping. At that point I'll do A-Z darts, Dartsbroker or Doubletop. DartShopper is also really expensive for their US pricing. Might as well buy locally, I dont care how cheap their shipping is.

eBay seller VictoryDarts is also a solid source for US buyers. I have heard on the forums here that they're a branch of Double Top. I've found their prices to be great, service and shipping fast (for coming from the UK), and excellent customer service & responsiveness. Highly recommend them as a DC alternative.

Dang.. I’ve been shopping from darts corner since 2015 annd was excited we were getting a branch over here. Well, I just checked out the US site for myself… looks like I will just be waiting on the shipping time from the Uk, rather than ordering here.

They have improved in that respect. They are now using FedEx for the free shipping (have to spend $80). Shipping took a week from the day I placed the order. They provide a tracking number, but it won't work on the FedEx site (has happened to me 3 times). I sent them an email and they sent a link to track the order.
Their pricing for the US site is steep. There's not much incentive to order from them unless you're placing a large order with a discount deal
