Hi I understood what is my main problem ,I grip dart to tight ,and because of that I have tension in my right side ,and there m problem starts .Reason for that is simple if I squeeze my left hand right hand squeezes too . So I need to grip very lightly.Looks very straight forward ,but maybe some advice?

Maybe try putting the darts to throw in your shirt pocket so you aren't gripping them too tight? relax. It's just a dart. I say that but in reality I get weird when I come close to a good grouping. Good luck with your shots
When John Part was getting stressed and tight he would stand back and clench his fist and pump it a few times to get the blood flowing before he threw. Maybe try that mate....
