Hi, I'm not too happy with my last order, tbh. I was looking at the picture that I've taken and I noticed that one barrel is different. Hi Dartsclearance,

Had two new wonderful set of darts in the mail from you guys today.
Sadly one of the sets had the stems screwed in which broke off during transport and one set had the stems just loose in the bag (which are obviously intact).
Now this is not a complaint whatsoever my stocks are full with equipment from you guys so the stems doesn’t matter, its just meant as a feedback for safer shipment to not screw them in (and save yourself the work of screwing the stems in).

Here in Germany, too, every player I've been able to catch has been very positively surprised. Here, however, the soft darts scene is very large, hence the question:
