Hello from TN. Got a ceiling height question.
Sounds like moving the cherry wood might be your best option.
If you know what I'm doing, don't tell me .... I find bliss in my confusion.

Well I just moved a couple thousand pounds of cherry lumber to make a better spot for the board. Will now have 8' overhead all the way to the board.

Hi Zane, welcome to the forum! Lots of great info in here and friendly / helpful people too. I agree with the others…the ductwork will probably distract you at the very least. Have you tried closing you eyes?! (Just kidding)

Well the new location is much better. I was favoring low throws before but now I can let her rip.

Nice Zane! This game is hard enough sometimes, we don’t need added distractions!

Hey, Zane - I’m chucking darts just beneath you in north GA about ten minutes south of the TN border. Glad you got rid of that lumber.

That is determination to play right there. Good on you man! Hope you enjoy some good throwing and with the weather changing soon, you’re gonna have something to keep you occupied. Welcome to the forum.

I had the same problem as my setup is in my garage. Problem being fluorescent lights between to roof beams meant throwing for double top or double 1 etc sometimes caused a slight collision. Completely reorganised my garage racks and shelving etc to facilitate the board to be located out of the way of the lighting completely. Threw so much junk and rubbish away now the garage is so better organised so a win all round really.
