Do trainer boards usually leave the outer bull the same size? Guess there's no rules when it comes to that.

I've seen trainer boards with the regulation sized outer bull like this, and with a smaller outer bull as well.

I have an old Nodor trainer board a friend gave me that has a regulation Bulls eye. I'll post a picture.
