Dartboard & Surround - how do they work together ?

Hey dudes,

Some question I've had in mind for a couple of months.

I own a Unicorn on Tour darboard that I use at home. I would love to have a cool red surround so my door does not get too many punctures marks.

On the unicorn catalog, they are listing :
- Unicorn Striker Surround
- Unicorn Professional Surround.

Does any of them will fit my dartboard (which is basically an Eclipse Pro dartboard mounted on a door support) or do I have to choose the right one ?

I wasn't sure as Unicorn also have a "Unicorn Striker Darboard" so you may think the Striker Surround only goes with the Striker darboard and playing with your friend named Striker Guests cannot see images in the messages. Please register at the forum by clicking here to see images.

all boards are meant to be the same size so in theory all surrounds should fit any board, but there is sometimes little differences but it would same silly if they are making their own boards and surrounds at different sizes, might be best to email Unicorn to be sure though.

The surrounds should fit all boards - I have one of the lightweight Unicorn Striker ones though and they are rubbish - mine's covered in duck tape which has helped it, but I will be getting a proper pro-style one some time this year

Thank you for the info mc1958. Did not know that the "stiker" model was rubbish. I won't get it then, as I don't want to change it every year. I will wait a little bit and get the "pro" version.

I also had confirmation from the unicorn customer support via email - any unicorn surround will fit the unicorn on tour :

The surround are suitable to fit all Unicorn boards and will therefore be
