Your example isn’t correct since you can also go  T-15, Bull for 95. 

For some reason I would play 74 with D-17, D-20 or 56 sometimes with 20 D-18 instead of 16 D-20. 
But I would never play 25 with 9 D-8. Either 1 D-12 or 5 D-10.

Yeah, I missed that one, too busy smoking a turkey and cooking the rest of the T-Day dinner on my mind.
