NEED HELP WITH MY 16s'
dear all professional and experience players out there. i have a serious problem with hitting single double and triple 16s' during my game of cricket and 16 ALWAYS cause me to lose the game. I seriously can't hit 16 as often as i hit 20 19 18 17 15 and the bull. Please help me out with it! i always tend to hit either above or below it. and i struggle to maybe hit 16 in 1 out of 5 tries.

Thanks

Try moving along the oche so your lined up with it, and just practice it more Guests cannot see images in the messages. Please register at the forum by clicking here to see images.

not sure then, maybe you could try covering the other areas of the board and only leave the 16 segment exposed so you can only concentrate on that, but it sounds more like you just need to find the right position to throw from to me and make sure you follow through completely.

Sounds to me like you have already talked yourself out of hitting it before you even start.

Excluding the bull all the segments are the same size whichever the number and you can hit those. Don't go up to the oche defeated before you start - go up with more confidence.

I have a buddy who felt the same about 18's- My advice is put extra practice on the 16's and make it your favorite number. He did (Buddy) and now hes deadly on them. Doesn't happen over night. Also join flight school its free.

It is. Embrace the number instead of avoiding it.

It is all psychological - I used to hate the Double 20 but did lots of practice on it and now I don't mind going for it
