How many go through today?

1 each day and possibly 6 from the rankings over the 4 days.

What everyone needs to keep in mind and what should be in plain view after seeing who made up the top 16 of the WC, is you aren't necessarily your latest or most consistent average. You get thrust into that big stage and it will cripple some people, while others will relish it and reach new heights.

Labanauskus stuns Barney only to go out in the last 16 of this event, though he did post a 94. All the latest is here https://tv.dartconnect.com/matchlist/pdceuqs19

Rough for Jeff Smith as well with only a 74 average in his 5-1 defeat.

Never really heard of Zonneveld but he put up some impressive numbers today, quite young at age 20 as well. Hope he will do well on the tour and qualifies for some bigger events.

Looking at dartsdatabase he played the development tour winning one of the events and ended up no 9 on the OOM

45.8 isn't the lowest average today so far - there's a 43.0 in there somewhere.  There's quite a few more in the 40's and also loads in the 50's as well - why these people bother entering this is beyond me.

Wow brutal MC, lol. Bit harsh

Tbh I have thought about entering for my 40th bday treat just for the experience fully in the knowledge that I have zero chance lol

I can see why people do it. Q school is virtually a whose who of ex stars and to get. Chance to experience that must be special.

Perhaps they couldn’t handle the change in pressure. There must be a hell of a difference in atmosphere from a pub/county-stage to a (semi) pro-stage.
I bet most of us would be a bag of nerves up there if we were shooting for a chance to potentially make our dreams come true.
