New link added for Custom Made's excellent resource on point diameters.  Might have to rename the index to something other than 'Beginner's Guide'.  Seems to be evolving beyond that!  Not a bad thing though. Still no idea why it was only available for a short time, but keeping an eye on ebay would be your best bet - there's one on there at the moment from Japan but not sure it's worth the £119.71 they are asking for it!!
