MVG is the example here
How does he just take the dart from his lower hand move it to this throwing hand and throw it all in one motion without aiming (so to speak)
I tried to do it one day out of curiosity and I pretty much fell over

Have you spent an ungodly amount of hours standing in front of that board, day after day, week after week, year after year like he has?
He's been doing this since he was a little kid, was a youth champion and is now tearing up the pro ranks with his rapid fire style, high scoring and incredible math skills when on outs. Throwing darts is second nature to him now, and has been for years.

I throw like that now but I am trying to slow down, set, aim and drawback now. When I am in a good rhythm, my fluid throw is great but when it goes bad it's really bad.

80% talent and 20% honing that talent
MVG, Lewis Hamilton, Rory Mcilroy, Kobe Bryant, Ali, those that rise to the top of their sport are usually 80/20 ish on the talent split
the further down the rankings you get in any sport the more that split changes imo
