Dart Coating.
Hi all, i was wondering if anyone knows of a coating you can put on dart barrels.. my hands break out from the metal and sweat..thank's griff

PVD coatings* like Titanium Nitride, DLC Diamond Like Coating and so on. Look for a coating specialist in your area. Not sure what the costs are like over there, so one alternative that might be cheaper is to get darts that already have TIN or DLC coatings (golden, black, silica bronze, blue, rainbow hues). Make sure it's coated, and not painted.

If your thinking DIY, i've been looking at gun barrel coatings, i have a friend who was suppose to do it for me on a cheap set just so i could see how it wears but thats been 5-6 months ago and still haven't got them lol, just googling the paint it's not cheap and you can heat treat it in an oven

I have a set of Voks customs with heat treated barrels that are my back up match set. It does make a difference as I use them when my hands are struggling with my match set of the same set, but normal (natural) tungsten.
Darts in Use:
STEEL
League/Match Set: Voks 22g EL-C Crossover
Backup match set: Dynasty 20g Fallon Sherrock Soft tips (w/ Fit Point conversion points)
Home Board: Blade 4 Dual Core
SOFT
Match Set: Katana Kokutou Hisyou 17.5g  Softtips. (My principle soft tip set)
Backup Match Set: Bull's Mamba 97 16.5g
Home Board: Gran Board II
