Mind Set
Has anyone got any good ways of emptying the mind before a parctice. I hit 12/15 dart legs for maybe 3 or 4 legs. Then it all goes to Rat S**t.

I notice when I play really good I don't think about it, just the consistancy letting me down.

Any Ideas?

just throw, don;t think about how you are standing or other crap. I do this too I begin strong and then I think about how i am standing, how i am throwing and not concentrating on hitting that target.
