Your on the oche and your op is not on a finish ( although it doesn't matter much in this case).
- where's your 1st dart going?
- what's your plan and setup if you hit the treble or miss and hit the single?

T17 first to leave 120. A single leaves 154. T20, T18 to leave tops.

- If it don't fit, force it. If it breaks, it needed replacing anyway.
- If it ain't broke, you might still be able to fix it.

I'd go the 20 route, 3 singles leaves a 111 and 41 leaves 130, 45 leaves 125.
100 leaves 71 which would be T17-D10, 86 and 90 by missing into the 5 and 1 respectively are nice sizes too.
The goal for me is 131 to leave tops. This could be achieved by 120-11 or 60-20-51.
TL;DR 2 at 20s, if one treble then 17s, if two then 11, if none then stay there.

Improve your set up shots prior to leaving 171 and quit counting like Phil Taylor by trying to avoid that mess to begin with. Just saying.

TL;DR - Twenties for me.
The key for me on setups like this is to avoid (1) too much switching and (2) aiming at numbers I don't usually go for. If I miss into a neighbouring segment then I'll leave my clean up until dart three but my thought should be that with my first two darts I'll hit either 2 (single, single), 4 (single, treble) or 6 (treble, treble) of the number I'm going for.
Working on that principle means only 19s and 20s are viable as 6 18s leaves you on 63 which means you need another treble to leave a proper double.
No. of 20s with first two darts
2 = 131 left; I'll probably switch to 19s to leave either 112 or 74 but there's no need other than to make my next visit a bit easier in the case of 112 vs 111.
4 = 91 left; switch to 17s.
6 = 51 left; switch to S11 for tops.
No. of 19s with first two darts
2 = 133 left; stay on 19s to leave either 114 or 76.
4 = 95 left; this is not good unless you like D19.
6 = 57 left; switch to S17 for tops.
So for me if I hit two trebles 19s and 20s are equally good. Getting into the analysis of what happens if I miss the big number third dart is not something I want to get into here.
One treble and one single favours 20s. I'd much rather have 91 with one dart in hand than 95.
Two singles probably favours 19s slightly but the third dart switch from 20s is far from a requirement.
