Shot Darts

Any advice ?
Hi .I have issue that after 10 or 15 minutes of game my arm totally locks up and I cant release dart . I need to take at least hour break ,till my arm lightens and I can play again .Any advice?

I'd advise seeing a doctor Troll,if it's causing pain that quickly that doesn't sound good to be honest.

Could be muscle related or lactic acid.

If it's cramping up they may suggest an exercise regime.

You should see an obvious difference with that. 

It might not hurt to try some K-Tape (or KT Tape or Kinesio Tape) as well.... K-Tape is designed to allow more blood flow to the areas it is placed.  It really does work too.

mines the opposite, i take ages to get my hand/wrist warm and get a nice release going, tried this morning a few throws before work and couldnt kit the 20 bed for love nor money
