Looks pretty smooth to me. But then again I throw like Jelle Klaasen with tourettes.

Seems decent enough, eliminating that upper body movement forward may be something to work on though.

What Getagrip and GWN have said is spot on.....as you throw try and keep your elbow solid and don't move it forward, its the pivot position and the desired action is to then have a smooth follow through as you release not a slight lunge forward etc. Overall though it looks like a very nice style, please bear in mind all the suggestions given need a fair bit of patientce to execute so don't be frustrated it is, as they say, a learning curve after all if darts was easy to master there'd be thousands of MVG's and Phil Taylors.
