He makes lining it up in front of his left eye and getting his arm straight look so easy! It's not.

I was certain I couldn't, either. But I tried it for about 5 minutes a couple days ago, then about 10 minutes yesterday, and 15 today. Making progress! It makes everything different -- feet, back, elbow -- and the concentration required to rewire all the stuff I've "learned" incorrectly is exhausting, but I'm gonna keep at it.

Silly question but why are you trying to copy the fat Stokie's throw?

Not a silly question at all. I haven't been playing all that long, a little over a year, and I've known the whole time that when bringing the dart to my right eye I was kind of guessing at where the dart was supposed to go, and "aiming" much more with my hand than my eye. In just this short bit of trying it the "correct" way I can tell that I'm on the right track. And to Darren's point, my mechanics are still a work in progress so I'm not too worried about messing up my natural throw. So if I'm going to make the change, I should just jump in with both feet (and eyes) and do it.
