I am currently using a variation of Steve Beaton's 20/20's, but because I found it hard to complete I changed it to 10/20's three times. This Technic seems to allow you to focus more on developing a good stroke by just focusing on the fat bit of the 20 rather than aiming at a smaller target like trips or doubles. I then use this 10/20'sx3 practice to finish with 2 games of around the board on doubles.
This process usually takes me 30-40min to complete which sounds a long time for such a simple process but 10 20's in a row is quite hard for someone of my skill set.
You could modify this to 8/20'sx3 or 6/20'sx4 or 12/20'sx1 but make sure all of the 20's are thrown consecutively.
Thanx Steve B
This has relay straightened up my throw.
