I have it, but haven't religiously worked my way through it. What I did with it was to take the games, plans and ideas from it and tailor it to what I wanted area I wanted to practice and when. But then this is the nature of all types of practice - it's about taking ideas and crafting something to suit yourself. It is certainly a useful book though and well thought out
