I never heard of them either, which is why I wondered why they are Hall of famers??

I have never heard of a Dart's Hall of Fame. I did look up Doug Watkins and his record is impressive. His career earnings of record are a whopping $16 U.S. As for the other guy, I couldn't understand his last name well enough to find him with a google search.

How these two can claim to be in a Dart's Hall of Fame is beyond me. Must be the name of the bar they were shooting that video from.
