I had a few stems brake because of Robin Hoods lately and wanted to do something against it. So I looked out for some of this Cap Systems like the Whizlock.
Do they work with Target Pro grip stems? Would be thankful for any information.

I find they work really well with Progrip stems.
One of the draw backs with the wizlock system is that there can be a space between the point of the cap and the flight when it's all put together.
I have found that it actually works best with progrip stems. I use the clear tinted progrip stems. The material is a bit harder than the opaque ones so I have found that sanding the end of the shaft (the last 3 or 4 mm) with a fine grit paper makes them fit snug.
Also, I think thinner flightswork better. I think the ones I have are 100microns
