Shot Darts.

Bisset Automatic Dart Scorer
I have had this a while, I actually thought I had already posted it but guess not.

They first made these in the early 30's I think and continued to make them up to the 80's, but I think the modern version had painted on numbers.  I think this one is from the 30's or 40's but I'm not 100% on that.

They are made from metal and work really well, I will try to do a video of it in operation when I can:

I've got one of these on the way to me with "surface rust" - it's going to be my summer project trying to restore it lol

should be a good project, I have not looked inside it but not sure I want to really, could be a bit complicated inside and I would be a little worried if I broke it.:s

I'm looking forward to this project on the one I have on the way. It doesn't look in brilliant condition, so if I can open it up I most likely will lol.

I think its possible to open it, curiosity may get the better of me and I may do it, but I wont be happy if something falls out and I dont know where it goes lol!

I couldn't get mine cleaned up so I ended up getting rid of it for a tenner lol - would have been nice to have restored it though

Use a stick to turn the dials.....your finger wont survive a night of darts if you use it to turn them.....trust me.....lol

Just came across one in much better condition than THE OP.


WOuld like to know how to maintain it properly ...keep it functional!
