I have been playing darts for the last few years in a weekly league and when I started I was using my dad's 36g darts with knurled grip. I used to hit well but found that I struggled to get them to group well and after a few games my arm ached. I spoke to some other darts players and they suggested a lighter dart which over the years I have gone down to 26g now, my arm doesn't ache playing loads of games but the grouping is sometimes an issue still and a time goes on it seems to be getting worse.
Any suggestions would be great as really want to improve.
