Theyre pretty chunky at 9.5mm. At the widest point and long at 53mm
Anyone used? I really get on with a chunky barrell and like the shape and weird grip. I also love the feeling of brass but my last experience (please refer to my post on the MVG brass that looked like Harrows Apex m36) was a disaster.
Anyone have any experience? I have BIG old mitts and find i play better with a 25g tonne machine esque width

I have a set of Harrows Club 25g (straight, knurled) that I LOVE throwing, but boy are they big.
In the case of something like the Whitlock brass, I'd imagine Winmau just wanted something inexpensive with Whitlock's name on it to hit a price point. Hard to imagine he gave them his Seal of Approval. Or has ever actually seen or thrown them for that matter. They remind me of the inexpensive brass versions of the Monster range. The same, only blimp-size.

Honestly i knew when i read the dimensions they'd be BIG but blimey they are HUGE. they make my 25g Ton machines look like 14g hankeys!
They are actually a surprisingly nice dart to throw and feel really light (at 22g), and fly really true however there sheer dimensions are mad and whats more the photos actually do a great job of making them look attractive when in person they actually look rediculous.
I don't actually think that i could bring myself to use these in public, they just look really naff (and cheap... probably because they are).
I think when the brass tarnishes up they'll look 100% better as they just look so gawdy at the moment.

I don't even know if they'll tarnish. I've got a couple sets of newer Harrows brass that are just as shiny as when I bought them, at least 3 years ago. Unlike some much older brass darts I have (still 2ba-era) that are very tarnished and steampunk-cool looking. You might try the Viper Black Mariah 22g -- not as big as the ones you just bought, black paint over brass, and over time the paint wears away to reveal the brass underneath. They were my everyday darts for the first year or so I was playing, and I still like to get them out and throw them, and even take them down the pub once in a while -- the other guys like throwing them, too. Dirt cheap as well.
