Unicorn Princess darts
Picked these up the other day - nice and diddy lol.

As far as I can tell from the Unicorn books they were made between 1969 and 1981, and the books say:

Quote:Perfect half-size replicas of full size Unicorn darts. Darts plated pure gold. Rainbow feather flights. Crystal case.

Here they are in the case, and to show how small they are I've also shown one next to a Half Pint and normal sized dart (if I could be bothered I'd do the pic again and include a Golden Match dart as well lol)

I just did a quick comparison and a Golden Match dart goes from the tip of the point to where the flight starts (the little red band) - as I say, nice and diddy lol

Are they the same as the red and white flight ones? Good luck with them - they are nice little darts and hopefully Unicorn will rerelease these at some point as part of the heritage collection (as well as the half pints lol)

Yeah I think that was them, not bought that many vintage stuff lately, bid on a few things but seems there is a lot of new buyers willing to pay over the top for most of them now. Getting harder to get things lol.

You can blame yourself for the new bidders lol - it was you that got me interested in them after seeing your pics Guests cannot see images in the messages. Please register at the forum by clicking here to see images.

LOL I was thinking that too, maybe I should never have made my Flickr album public too, that's had close to 300,000 views. Never mind, it just means that more people will save all these old darts from been thrown away which I bet has happened to many sets over the years. Guests cannot see images in the messages. Could be anything from £8 to £20 on average, sometimes I have seen them sell for more.

Depends on what the box is made of, some are a little fragile, the nylon ones or the more durable.
