Coulld anyone tell me, from where i can get quality dart sets?

Depends on what you are looking to obtain, but for most of the current range, from most of the well known brands, any of the site sponsors, or failing that look up a list of online dart stores & go from there. You will need quite a few more posts to enable you to buy from the sales section on this forum or dependent on where you live visit a shop that specializes in dart sales if there are any. Just looked at your profile & see you are in Singapore can't help there with local knowledge I'm afraid

What type of darts are you looking for? Soft tip or steel tip?

Certain shape, weight, grip style?

A lot of retailers have more inexpensive models (that are still 90% tungsten/high quality) that can be had for 15 quid/under $25 US. If you're new and don't have a preference yet, that might be the best way to go.
