Must admit I thought they would go into 3 figures when I saw them - I've only ever seen a set on one of the forums about 4 or 5 years ago, and never seen them on ebay before

May I ask why does she not play now? Age doesn't seem to stop the men, so why the women?
Started playing darts: Mid February 2015.
Darts used: Not having played for a long while, I am leaning towards my 23 gram eagles.
180's:18 Since I started Mid February 2015. I stopped playing for a long period due to stupidity. Back to the learning process again, but am enjoying it.

She gave up the pro game in 1988 to run the family pub - and I believe she was also Phil Taylor's manager for a short while as well - she's 69 now, and there's not many men still play at the top at that age, let alone women.
Linda Batten, who was around at the same time as Maureen, also gave up the game and is now a sports psychologist and I think also manages a couple of young players - Josh Payne being one of them
