My Throw - For Saber
Tongue
Saber had asked me earlier if I had a vid of my throw as he would like to see it. I figured it would be easy enough to make one so I just took a quick short vid. I find it rather strange looking at your own throw and yet now I'm glad I did it as I know I have things that need work.

Don't mind the mess in my garage, I'm in the process of building a new shed and my old one is where I stored most of the crap thats stashed everywhere lol

Looks super consistent, and like you throw quite fast. What flights to you use,? I assume some small ones. I'm sure you don't need anyone to tell you that it works really well :p

I really like it and thanks soo much for going to the trouble to do it. I love your follow through. I also wear a cap while playing lol. + 1

Leave the hat alone- I always play with one lol

Nice vid thanks. Hope your hips and lower back handle it.
As for hats, I was told at an early Age, if you were a hat into a Club- you shout the bar, (pay a round of Drinks to every one) Pubs no worries. In the Garage no worries. Hats look great on race day.

Thanks for that Shane...I'm curious as to where your feet are placed relative to the oche...I'm thinking right foot pointing 60 deg to line?

I'm quite impressed by your style especially because there is little to no upper body movement and yet it's fluid ...also your follow through is not exaggerated too which I like I'm similar in this regard.

Cheers

My father Merlin, once told me that "You should end up pointing to what you were aiming at when you've released the Dart."

I also noticed the forward movement as mentioned, didn't realize I did it until I watch the vid, something I will work on.

As for the hat, well I wear a hat a lot lol. But anyone that knows me or have seen pics of me at tourneys know that I never wear a hat while playing outside of my house. It was just a quick vid I threw together for the sake of doing it Guests cannot see images in the messages. Please register at the forum by clicking here to see images.

Each throw is almost a perfect repeat which is what we should be striving for, that will improve grouping and accuracy will follow Guests cannot see images in the messages. Please register at the forum by clicking here to see images.

Leave the lurch, its only slight and you sound like your playing to a high standard and its consistent so if you try to remove it then who knows, it could be a disaster??
