After a dispute from last August, Dartscorner decided to close my account.

So definitely not a mistake then, looks like they don't like you for doing that then, not so good.

Strange that DC allowed you to place orders after the dispute and have decided to close your account now?

Would be annoyed if they had done that to me but I must say that I've ordered plenty of items from DC in the past and have never had a problem.

Hi Everyone,
Yes the account has been closed and it was actually after the last order in August,
We did try and work with Fred to sort out an issue and this was not possible,
We even offered to refund items that had not arrived back with us ( and still have not arrived ) and after trying to sort the issue feel that the best way forward was to part company and ask him to use other suppliers,
It is not often we close accounts but on occasion this is done to suit both parties,
But I would say in 99% of the times problems and issues can be resolved no problem,

I did nothing wrong, but if a shop is so childish to close my account after 6 months. that would cost your more in the future than accept my claim. to send the correct items. (a few sets flights and stems)[/b]
Dartscorner is not the only shop in the UK. whahaha.

Never heard of commercial damage i think

Imho thats a petty thing to do... looks as if gary spat the dummy out, id say this action will cost them more that it will inconvenience you. Just read through that thread, seems like it could have been resolved so easily, when I had a problem with my order at doubletopdartsshop they went the extra mile to help, without all the distrust that dc seems to have shown you (over a few quids worth of stems?!). Ive ran shops online and I know its not easy sometimes but this 'case' is just silly. Your experience with dc will be noted on future purchasing decisions, thankfully there's a good choice of friendly suppliers around!
Is closing the account as good as totally banning you from buying from them, for your "mutual interests"? I sympathize. Move forward and buy supplies somewhere else unless you would try to create another account named after a family member if you insist in pursuing your relationship with DC. Unfortunately DC doesn't recognize your loss as a threat to their business. You are just a small part of their 1% unresolvable problem (aka pain in the butt!).

We can't question their decision at all.
