Finish routine
You select 4 numbers between 2 and 100. This 4 numbers you must take out in a row. Example :
97-44-5-73. You get out 97 and 44 in 3 darts. You mis 5 with 3 darts. next turn you begin on 97. you can this close in 5 minuts but also in 1 hour or longer. I do this 2 times with diffrent numbers
Doubles routine
You have the numbers 40/36/32/28/24/20/16/8/4/2
You must hit 40. 3 times in a row to move on 36. i do this now 6 times in a row. Very good doubles practice. Doubles and finishes wins matches. Try this out for a month it works very wel. some of the dutch pro's use this routines

So in the doubles routine if you miss lets say on the 32 you begin from 40 again? What do you mean 3 times in a row? All 3 darts of the throw must hit the double, or hit it at least with 1 of the darts in hand for 3 throws consecutively? These routines sound extremely hard.

For the doubles routine, by "3 times in a row", do you mean that you must get "3 in a bed" or consecutive darts - no misses?

40 checkout 3 times in a row. you can check 40 out with. single 20 double 10. of single 20/ single 10 and double 5. That is match practice. you must see 40 as a finish.
example i check 2 times 40 out in a row. is mis 40 now. i start over again. you must checkout 40 3x times in a row. en then you move on 36.
First throw i check out 40 with single 20 / double 10
Second throw i check out 40 first dart in double 20
third throw i mis 40. and i start again on 40. until you finish 3 times in a row. and then 36/32 etc
i am not so good in write english sorry

Man those are tough routines, but if you work hard at them and get through them you are definitely going to feel good and be a mightily good thrower!

yes it is tough. If you this training exercise regularly. Then you notice about a time that it is a lot easier. I myself Train these drills a few times a week. I exchange it with other games.
First time i try the double routine i close it out on 45 minutes. now i am close it out on around 10 minutes

It might take some time, but I should probably do this for all even outs 2-40 and 50. At least adding 10, 12, and maybe 14. Missing those outs, inside, tends to suck just a little bit.
