Hi All,
I posted a few weeks ago and I'm not sure how to re-comment on it (apologies as I'm not good on these forums), so hope it's OK to post again.
I've narrowed my new darts down to either the Winmau Andy Fordham (22g/24g) or the Unicorn Mirage Phase 5 (24g).
What would you recommend out of these guys?? Many Many Thanks, again!!

Unicorn for me - only ever had Phase 5 in 26g but they were a nice dart, whether they are worth the extra money, I am not sure as not had the Fordhams but I dont think you can go wrong with Phase 5 if thats your preferred barrel style.

I don't use bullet darts but I would agree on the Mirage Phase 5's

I would say the Fordhams, but the Phase 5 are a tiny tiny bit thinner (.1mm I think) if that matters to you. I would never be able to tell the difference.
The reason I say Fordhams is because even Phil Taylor has grip added to his Phase 5's. If the Mirage came with an LP grip on the back I would have no question, but it seems like most people who use bullet style darts like or prefer the grip on the back. I guess Taylor did best with his Rossos which didnt have LP grip, but the coating itself probably makes it gripper than the Mirages would be.
Plus you dont have to worry about holding value like Cankles mentioned because the Fordhams cost less than half of the Mirages in the first place.

If you are here in Dartsnutz and are looking or choosing for a set of darts,. . .there's no such thing as Final Decision!

Thanks again everyone. Looks like the Phase 5's are getting the nod. Just really like the look of the Fordham's for some reason. Phase 5's around £60 and Fordhams around £30 (don't want the Argos ones with knurled point for £17 as they will destroy the boards).
I have to say FINAL DECISION or the wife will kill me!! Have plenty of darts in the collection already, but from Hexosets, Purists, Red Dragon Elites (all long barrels), I've decided I wanted to try something different.
Was looking at John Lowe Word Champion and Target Apollo Silica's, but narrowed it down to the Fordhams and Mirage Phase 5's in the end.
I've looked at the Chiefs, but want to try a Unicorn/Winmau/Target dart.
