I tried wrist curl drill from Georges book. But tweaked it to suit me and my needs. I do it without my dart in my spare time when I have chance.
And I have noticed these changes
1.I went back to my long drawback,but thanks to this training it has been cut ,because I feel I have power in my first now
2. My stroke is more fluent
3.More of my darts are landing in board straight.
