Back in the early to mid 80's I can remember watching Yorkshire Darts (No trebles, no outer bull) being played on TV, although I wasn't all that old at the time. It wasn't a repeat of 'The Indoor League' as it used the split screen, and I'm pretty sure that it was on 'Grandstand', and may have been a filler for something that had been rained off.
Anyone know what this might have been?

May have been a regional thing? Or could have been a one off?

May have been World of Sport and not Grandstand I guess. ITV did include Yorkshire darts in the first couple of years of 'The Indoor League' before they switched to a standard board and got name players in. 'The Indoor League' of course the brainchild of Sid Waddell.
