All I can say based only on what I see the pros do and other threads in the past... is follow through with your wrist more. Like shooting a basketball... or throwing a baseball, or football.
Your wrist stops moving half way through the throw, probably decreasing your accuracy.

well ya need to watch 95% of the pros - they draw back to their eye - If u was shooting a rifle u wouldn't sight from the side of your head right?

Well heres Raymond throwing a wrench in the pull back to your eye theory (even though I do pull back to my eye)
edit: I never noticed that Jenkins pulls to the side of his face too.

Your follow through is almost there just keep practising and dont reach for your next dart so quick as I think your rushing through the stroke.
Also you look very square to the oche, not sure if that is how you have always stood?

Ah you're right, haven't noticed that. Should i get a shorter shaft then? When i draw toward my face the flight does scrape me

I think most people are of the opinion that you should do whatever is comfortable, because you will be able to repeat it more easily and therefore be more consistent.
There are some basics that will probably help, like the Terry Jenkins and Paul Lim videos, but just look at all the different pros with all these different throws. And they are way better than I probably will ever be.
Check out John Henderson throwing darts, he breaks a lot of the "fundamentals"
