Hi LeeUxy,

I've written twice to Winmau to seek assistance, but to come straight to the chase, I'm looking for the UK distributor or preferably, UK online stores that carry the Carbon Fiber Reinforced and Glimmer shafts in SHORT length.

I tried contacting Nodor/Winmau (Nicola Simmonds) twice: http://www.dartsnutz.net/showthread.php?...#pid195897

Hoping you might be able to help as I seem to be running out of options.
I don't think there is anything 'natural' about throwing darts. A person does not naturally stand sideways, with weight more on one leg, lean forward and swing to launch a projectile repeatedly, day in, day out as part of daily routine. One does not even throw a rock or ball that way.    ~ With darts, everything has to be learnt, and refined.  Wink

A beginner - always experimenting and trying to learn! So I can fool around with loads of set-ups and techniques! Lol! Big Grin

Hi Mike,

Sorry, we don't sell copies of our old release brochures. There are a few filed away in our archives, but they are being kept for old time sake. If you do come across any please let us know.

Cheers,

Lee

Hi Chris,

Sorry it's taken so long to get an answer to you. Have you tried http://www.dartspower.co.uk as I think that they should have some in stock.

If you have any further inquiries in your region your closest distributor is

Excel Sports
47 Tannery Lane 02-05
Elite Industrial Building 11
Singapore

+65 68411055

excel28@pacific.net.sg

I hope this helps,

Cheers,

Hi Lee

Any chance you could put them online similar to what Unicorn do with their books?

It would be awesome if all the manufacturers had their old books online as they are a great resource for collectors and help a great deal when trying to identify and date old darts and accessories.

Many thanks
Mike

Thanks for taking the time and trouble Lee. Appreciate it. Smile

I'm afraid it seems that Dartspower doesn't have them, and the local distributor is of very little help, besides the fact that there appears to be only 1 alum Med stem in the retailer's showroom.

I guess that the end of looking for the Carbons and Glitter then.

I have the same question but regarding slim flights.

- If it don't fit, force it.  If it breaks, it needed replacing anyway.
- If it ain't broke, you might still be able to fix it.
