Broken Point
I have just snapped the point off of my new Gary Anderson  darts
there is about 1/16th inch remaining,It snapped at the first groove
My question is will a point removal tool get this out or if not what can I do?

Adding to the above, not enough left for a repointer.  You'll need to dissolve the old point.  CustomMade have an excellent tutorial on their site which we link in the Beginner's Quick Reference Guide:

And a recent and comprehensive guide on alum from Cateye:

Edit:  Should add had a similar problem with a set of my P3's.  Used cleaning vinegar.  Pros - place and forget.  Cons - takes 6-8 weeks. Wink

thanks Nixer55
fortunately I was able to remove the broken part with heat.i also removed a point from another of the darts.it is 38mm overall length,30 mm showing when fitted.
When you buy new points and they quote a length is it overall or the part beyond the barrel only?

Standard points are full length measurement.  IIRC, only Storms and other speciality points are marketed by exposed length.
