Heard back from PDC Live
I just checked my e-mail and saw I have an e-mail from PDC Corporation in response to the one I sent over the weekend about the poor quality of camera work for their latest event.

The following is how it is worded:

Thanks for your e-mail.    We appreciate your feedback and have passed your message across to the development team.  We will take your comments on board as we continue to grow, develop and improve PDC-TV.

If you have any other issues, please let us know.

Hey, at least they got back to me with something as opposed to not hearing from them in the past when their stream turned to crap with pixelating, out of sync audio and flat out cutting out mid match.

Wait, What????    You mean they don't take my concerns seriously and have me on speed dial to confer, ask for advice and recommendations to improve their performance in upcoming events.
