Seems like for the first round they are playing one quarter at a time. I'd be happy if I was going Saturday or a Sunday Night, the Monday Night isn't too bad but that Afternoon session isn't the best in the world is it

Seems there's still tickets left for this - as they used to sell out pretty quick up until recently Mardle is asking on twitter for opinions as to why they haven't sold out this year

I've never been to a live darts event and I have very little interest  in doing so and I watch pretty much every dart thrown that is available to watch across both codes.

I have no interest in being in a room with thousands of idiots and watching the action on a big screen when I can sit at home with myself being the sole idiot lol and watching on a big screen.

To be honest if I was to attend an event out of curiosity I would be much more likely to do so at a BDO event.

Well said. I sometimes wonder how many of the fans let's say at many premier league nights or some of the bigger events are players or Darts Nutz Don't get me wrong I'd definitely go to an event and drink as much as the next man however the disrespect some of the players are shown is very annoying of late.

III agree with the crowd distractions, specifically when they go quiet and whistle to try and throw a player off.
The Barney or MVG chants that go on when another player is shooting to me is all just cheering your player on and I think is good.
It seems like in the world championships there is always a ‘Hum’ to the crowd or a particular chant underway which is different than complete silence and whistles (Ian White).

The last few PDC tournaments have been better I’ve found.

As far as seeing a match live, I love the camera views and replays from streams and TV, but two years ago when I started to play, a live match is definitely on my bucket list.

Fly across the pond for a weekend to watch live @ the Ally Pally?
Oh yeah !

Cheers

Iv’e been working on my accuracy. I’ve gone from 53.6% to 92.8% getting 3 darts in the foam ring around my Winmau !
